DEUX…

Like the god Janus, this is post is my take on the idea of doubles. Sad but true, Summer is quickly coming to an end hence, we have to use up all those Summer fashion ideas as we commence the beginnings of Fall.

Enough weather talk, I decided to flip the proverbial coin and offer two perceptions to the same look. A casual summer attire, same silhouette worn differently: different body frames and also accessories. Of course I took the Ankara route because it is unique, expressive to self and true to my aesthetic.

I combined my custom made Ankara off shoulder top with both shorts and culottes. Both representative of the causal down to earth and casual chic style whilst my friend/model rocked hers as a full romper. Furthermore, accessories being a vital part of my style were incorporated for that transition from day to night and/or casual to dressy. My floppy hat and shoes immediately change my look.

P.S. These looks can always be revamped to suit individual style.
