Wearing monochrome isn’t a hassle, all it requires is pairing and executing an outfit either in black and white or in varying tones of only one color. With that established, styling in monochrome can be very elevating and with the right accents, sophisticated. With monochrome, you aren’t depending on color to create an impression rather you are trusting that your sense of or style will speak for itself.
As the fashion industry gets more innovative, monochrome isn’t limited to only black and white or nude and whites anymore, it has been pushed to other palettes such as mauve, pink, blush etc. hence alot of people are finding their monochrome niche and incorporating them in their style.
Every once in a while, I love to do the monochrome look however it wont be complete without a pop of color to my ensemble. For my birthday (that explains the crown..lol)I paired this outfit with red pumps which is one of my favorite colors. Everything about this look was spot on as the outfit fitted exactly as it should. The jumpsuit which is now a new favorite of mine was so flattering (thank you Gabrielle Union!!) also, I paired it with a shirt from Asos which I instantly took to because of its voluminous sleeves. In addition, these articles of clothing can be worn separately or paired with other clothing and it can also be dressed up or dress down depending on the occasion…
