      So many times, the balance of being plus size as well as stylish has been challenged and even if the plus size community is winning so far with hashtags such as #effyourbeautystandards, #beautyincurves and so on, we still have a lot of work to do… Big girls have been taunted about wearing tutu/tulle skirts, its been claimed that we look amorphous in them, I completely disagree.     It is no secret that Nigerians go all out and more for weddings, flamboyancy runs in our blood I would say 😊. Every Nigerian knows the unwritten rule for occasions “Thou shalt look your best at a gathering ” hence we all dress the part and make sure we do our culture proud no matter what.
